Night Watch is a Russian movie about the Others, humans with extra powers. The Others are divided into Light Others and Dark Others. Long ago, these two opposing sides went to war, until their leaders realised that they were too evenly matched and both would be destroyed. So, a truce was called. As part of the truce, the Light Others will take the nightwatch in order to keep an eye on the Dark Others, and vice versa.
It's a fairly simple plot, although slightly confused at times by the dialogue (or at least, the subtitles) and sometimes seems to be throwing in special effects for the sake of it. For the majority of the fight near the end, for example, it's difficult to tell what's actually happening.
For all that though, it's quite enjoyable and a nice take on the whole vampire thing.
